THT for many of teachers is a part-time source of income and leisure, while some actually do full-time with it. Some of our teachers are currently working in schools, while many others are professionals from all walks of life. The least qualification we expect from new teachers is NCE or other tertiary Diploma, many of our current teachers have now obtained their Master’s Degrees since THT supports educational furtherance of staff. Obtaining the TRCN certification will give you an edge not only for home placement, but school placement.
