What is ‘School-Based Much More Than Just A Teacher Trainings?
It’s Tutelage Educational Services CSR Project to support the educational system through provision of Continuous Professional Development CPD. It’s a form of making Nigerian schools Much More as part of our vision aligned with Sustainable Developmental Goals SDGs Agenda by 2030. When teachers are Much More and schools are Much More, of course our educational system will be transformed and the Nigerian Child will be Much More!
For us to achieve this project, TES has a strong collaboration with local and multinational organization to support the realization and sustainability of the vision in kind or cash. In order to meet the target of 1Million trained teachers benchmark, an estimate of N10,000,000 Continuous Professional Development Funds is budgeted for the leg walk.
What is ‘School-Based Much More Than Just A Teacher Trainings?
Between 2017 and 2019 MMTJATTs was Conference-Based. Different conferences were held across the country and we have been able to impact over 50,000 educator virtually online and offline.

Initializing the School-Based Much More Than Just A Teacher Trainings
Once we agree to the workscope of your school, we will gather data during site or diagnostic visits/phone to the school.
After listening to your school staff, we will analyse the information gathered to make to empirically select the right training that meets the school needs.
We understand that it is difficult to bring about meaningful change in education, especially in the 21st century when everything is fast changing. So, as part of our vision, we will support the school.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF ENDURANCE AGHO
Mr. Endurance Agho is currently the MD/CEO of EL-Rishon Logistics Nigeria Limited. Also known as Endy, he holds the overall responsibility of the company’s strategy formulation performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and overall excellence in delivering service and solutions to the clients.
An alumnus of Lagos Business School Executive Management Program, Endurance Agho had his first degree from the prestigious University of Lagos (BSc Hons – Microbiology). He is an associate of the Institute of Strategic Management Studies, Project Management Skills, and currently undergoing Executive MBA program with Lagos Business School. His invaluable passion and enthusiasm have brought the organization to a leadership position in the industry with partners in every continent of the world. He has over 10 years working experience planning across construction, manufacturing, service and FMCG industry
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF MRS LAI KOIKI
Mrs Koiki is the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, GREENSPRINGS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LTD.
Leveraging on her professional experience as an Educational Instructor, Leader and Administrator, she has provided over thirty years of strategic leadership and direction to Greensprings.
As an instructor, she is sought out by both public and private schools to provide capacity building support. As a passionate educator, she provides learning facilities, training and support to public schools, private schools and other educational organisations.
She attended St. Annes School Ibadan and Queens College Lagos for HSC (A’Levels). She proceeded to the University of Lagos where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, and went on to the UK to earn a Montessori Diploma from St. Nicholas Montessori Training Centre.
She is a founding member of the Association of Private Educators in Nigeria (APEN) and a member of its Board of Trustees, She is a Board Member of Accreditation International, a US based organization that accredits international schools and sets academic standards for improvement of schools.
She is motivated by her love for the Nigerian Child and remains a Pre-school teacher at heart.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF MRS. MORENIKEJI BABINTON ASHAYE
Mrs. Morenike Babington-Ashaye is the Chairman, Accounting Education Research Services (ACCERS) and the founding member, 
Chartered Institute of Taxation. She is also the Assistant Chief Inspector of Taxes, Federal Inland Revenue Department, and has held key positions in the public and private sectors like being the chairman, Ogun State Internal Revenue Service and Principal Lecturer at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.
She is passionate about the constitutional review, resource control, and other issues. Mrs. Morenike believes that poor funding, lack of policy implementation and lack of infrastructure are major challenges affecting functional education in Nigeria, and stated this at the 2019 edition of the Town Hall Meeting of Stakeholders in Education, which was recently organized by the United People Global and ACCERS, in collaboration with the Lagos Education District III.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF DR. CHIDI OKPALUBA
Dr. Chidi Okpaluba is a graduate of veterinary medicine from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an Advanced Management graduate from The Lagos Business School. He is an entrepreneur and the founding CEO of Quartermasters Limited.
Today, he holds a very popular television show on NTA- AM Express (PEAK PERFORMANCE) which is televised worldwide and viewed by over 20 million people weekly with amazing testimonies. He is also the convener of the highly impactful youth transformational program: YOUTH AND DREAMS. He has taken this performance enhancement training to a lot of organizations with overwhelming results.
Mr. Okpaluba has been under the tutelage of renowned coaches such as Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield, and has studied over 500 books on human performance, leadership and the psychology of success.
